261 Processor May Stall Entering Stop-Grant Due to Pending Data

Cache Scrub

Description

The processor may stall if a correctable error is identified by the data cache scrubber within a small

window of time before the processor enters a stop-grant state when another scrub is pending.

Potential Effect on System

The system may hang.

Suggested Workaround

BIOS should set MSRC001_1022[24].
